CANCELLATION/RETURN/WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. Cancellation-refund policy

A) Order cancellation.

B) Returns of products due to wrong delivery.

The replacement concerns the shipment of a product of corresponding quality and price, while a refund is provided only in case this is not possible.In this case, the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of returning the product to the consumer are borne by the company, provided that the place and manner of return proposed by the company is observed.

For health reasons no returns are made on underwear.

C) Returns of products considered defective upon delivery (DOA)

The return of the products, which are considered defective upon delivery (DOA) will be accepted within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issuance of the invoice with a Delivery Note after consultation with the company. At the same time, the product must not have suffered any form of damage through the fault of the consumer and must have all the original documents that accompanied the product (A. Retail, etc.) with its complete packaging and intact. In these cases the following applies:

  • In particular, in case of debit by credit card, the company will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed with any transaction provided under the contract with the consumer without any responsibility of the company anymore. .
